Who is Najah?

A Quick Little Story.

Dissatisfaction and fear can be powerful motivators. I was dissatisfied with my lack of promotion and afraid for my bank account when I decided to make a change. I discovered “health coaching” as an entrepreneurial business venture and could not believe that I could create a career around supporting people in living a healthy life. But, as life would have it, I experienced a number of personal and professional setbacks right after completing my coaching training that slowed me down real good. These setbacks gave me a newfound clarity with myself, my needs for increased SELF-LOVE, my mental blocks and they opened my understanding to a new set of challenges that so many women face, giving me the confidence and experience to support other women in attacking their demons in whatever form they come.

Throughout this process I continued to learn and grow and embrace new and expanded healing modalities. Many of these healing modes became appealing to me because I needed them for myself. The pain of a shattered ego, the feelings of panic and anxiety strong enough to make you break out in a sweat, the reality of coming face to face with your shame and ugly places made taking healing seriously an immediate requirement.

I leaned heavily on things like sisterhood, honoring spirit, spiritual baths, herbal blends in teas and topical solutions and long walks where I communed with nature. Coming back to myself has fortified me with all the magic and determination I need to be full of passion and drive to serve the sisterhood. We have the power to return to ourselves and I am here to support you in your journey.
